With a heart full of love for pets, I've surrounded myself with animals since childhood and currently share my home with two dogs and a cat. I stay on top of the latest grooming techniques through regular training seminars and hold a certification in pet first aid and CPR. My extensive customer service experience ensures every furry friend - and their owner - feels pampered and cared for.
